- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture; preferably licensed
- 6 months to 1 year related work experience required
- Experience in the Construction Industry is an advantage
- Responsible for preparation of designs and estimates; Oversees the whole operations until completion; Monitors on-going projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Operation, knowledgeable in use of Sketchup Application
- Knows how to prepare construction estimates using Excel
- Knows how to drive, with valid Driver’s License
- Willing to travel, and be assigned to other areas to monitor projects
