- Graduate of Civil Engineering/Architecture (Underboard) or Graduate of Vocational Course on Industrial Technology in Architecture Drafting Technology
- 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in construction or roofing estimates
- Collects and evaluates the data to estimate the costs, resources, and labor needed
- Tasked to perform research, gathering quotations, prepare reports and monitoring forecast plans.
- Knowledge of vertical construction, construction supplies
- Proficiency in ACAD Operation, knowledgeable in use of Sketchup Application
- Good customer relation skills; good oral and written communication skills
