- Computer Science graduate or any related 4 year degree course preferred with knowledge on ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
- At least 5 years experience in programming and applications design; database management
- Business know-how preferably in Cement or Steel industry
- Preferred Certification: ERP Certification (e.g. Oracle, SAP); Database Administrator / SQL Certification (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft)
- Manages the Oracle system and associated tools, applications, and interfaces
- Performs business process analysis for process improvement or simplification by providing the appropriate IT solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; prioritization skills and attention to details
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with end users and staffs
